North Web Dev is one person. I design, build, host, and maintain every site myself, and I am the one who answers when you call. No account managers, no handoffs, no stranger reading a script.
Why I started this
By day I build construction grade software: BIM and VDC tooling for an electrical contractor. In that world a drawing that is off by an inch costs real money, deadlines are tied to cranes and crews, and nobody gets credit for almost right. You learn to measure twice and ship something that holds up on a job site.
I started North Web Dev because local businesses get the opposite treatment online. You either pay an agency five figures and wait months, or a nephew with a template ships something that never gets touched again. Neither one respects how you actually run a business: do the work properly, charge a fair price, and answer the phone.
So that is the model. I design and build your site with the same precision I bring to construction software. You pay $200 a month with nothing down, or buy a custom build outright starting at $2,500. When something needs changing, you text me and it gets changed. When you call, you get me, the person who built it, not a support queue and not a stranger reading a script.
I keep the client list small on purpose. Every site I manage is one I am glad to have my name behind, and that only stays true if I am not stretched across a hundred of them.
